New for 2007

• Del Mar Court Apartments - 3 * - ground or first floor
  • 1 bedroom - twin beds & bunk beds - upto 2 adults and 2 children
  • 2 bedrooms - double and twin room - upto 4 adults and 1 child
  • 2 bedrooms - double and triple room (Apt 21) - upto 5 adults
  • 3 bedrooms - 2 twin rooms and 1 double room which is accessed through one of the twin rooms - upto 5 adults and 1 child
• Ilex Lodge Apartments - 3* & 4* (2007) (all 4* for 2008 season) - ground or first floor - 2 twin bedrooms in 2007 but 1 x twin & 1 x double with kingsize bed in 2008 - upto 4 adults and 1 child - continued refurbishment over the 2007/2008 winter will bring apartments 1 to 6 in line with Apt 7, 8, 9 & 10 with all new kitchens and bathrooms - including separate shower plus bath giving a 4* grading (All apartments will be refurbished to the same standard for the 2008 season.)
• La Bellieuse Cottages - 3 * - ground and first floor - 1 double bedroom with one double and one single bed - shower room - upto 2 adults only
• Le Douit Farm Flats - 3* (No. 3 and 5 will be refurbished over the winter of 2007/2008 to include refurbished bathrooms, kitchens and new bedroom furniture giving them a 4* rating)
  • No 3 - ground floor - one double bedroom - bathroom - upto 2 adults only
  • No 4 - first and second floor - one double and one twin bedroom - bathroom - upto 4 adults
  • No 5 - ground floor - one double bedroom and one single with bunkbeds - bathroom - upto  2 adults and 2 children
  • No 6 - first floor - one double bedroom - shower room - upto 2 adults only
• each unit has
  • lounge or lounge/diner with colour TV and DVD
  • kitchen with 4 ring electric cooker, oven and grill, fridge with ice box, toaster, microwave, iron and board, all crockery, cutlery, pots & pans
  • bathroom with shower over at Del Mar Court & Ilex Lodge (Ilex 2007 season No. 7 to 10 have separate shower as well as bath - 2008 all will have shower as well as bath)
  • bathroom at Le Douit No 3, 4, 5

• All bed linen, towels, tea towels, oven gloves are supplied, please bring your own pool and beach towels. Weekly change of linen on request
• Washing facilities at Ilex Lodge, Del Mar Court (& Le Douit in 2008)
• Parking and play areas for children (all vehicles parked at the owners risk)
• On-site public phones at Ilex Lodge & Del Mar Court
• Cots, highchairs and buggies supplied free of charge, subject to availability - these items should be pre-booked on booking form
• Hire cars and bicycles available for hire on request
• The heated swimming pools at Ilex Lodge and Del Mar Court are open during the summer months, weather permitting.

• Accommodation Grading - Star ratings are assessed annually against the VisitBritain quality assurance standards.  All our properties are graded at the top end of 3* except Ilex Lodge apartments 7, 8 9 & 10 which have been awarded 4*.  You will be assured of a high standard of cleanliness and comfortable accommodation.

Conditions of booking

• Deposit of 1/3 secures booking
• Balance payable 2 months before holiday
• Payment of deposit denotes a contract and guests are advised to insure against the possibility of cancellation; if this should occur the amount outstanding must be paid in full.
• We strongly advise you take out insurance.
