La Bellieuse and Le Douit Farm self-contained cottages and flats are situated in a country lane by St. Martin's Church in the ancient hamlet of La Bellieuse. Here you will be able to relax and unwind in these peaceful surroundings. A short two minute stroll will find you in the parish centre with its clothes and food shops, chemist, doctors surgery, garage, post office, cafes, hairdressers, and a good old fashioned bakery. If you do not want to cook, make use of the nearby hotels for excellent bar meals or treat yourself in the evening at one of Guernsey's excellent restaurants. St. Peter Port, the main shopping centre, is five minutes by car. The five main south coast beaches and the famous scenic cliff walks are within a one and a half miles radius giving access to over 20 miles of pedestrian paths. At the top of the lane are buses to St. Peter Port.

Some further refurbishment of Le Douit No. 3 & 5 will bring their grading upto 4 Star for the 2008 season.  There will also be a washing machine and tumble dryer for both Le Douit and La Bellieuse visitors to use.

Guests are welcome to use our swimming pool at Del Mar Court - just a two minute drive away.

La Bellieuse Cottages 1 & 2

(Situated across the lane from Le Douit farm flats, parking area)
Ground floor - Kitchen and lounge/diner with TV & DVD, W.C. and shower room. 1st Floor - Double bedroom.

Le Douit Farm Flats - 3 & 4 Star

Flat 3 - ground floor - 4 Star - Kitchen, lounge with TV & DVD/diner, double bedroom, bathroom.
Flat 4 - 1st Floor - Kitchen, lounge with TV & DVD/diner, bathroom, 2nd floor - one twin and one double bedroom.
Flat 5 - ground floor - 4 Star - Kitchen, lounge with TV & DVD/diner, and double bedroom and one single with pair of bunk beds, bathroom.
Flat 6 - 1st floor - Kitchen/lounge with TV & DVD/diner, and double bedroom, shower room.

CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT - One third of accomodation cost on booking
BALANCE - Due two months prior to arrival and only refundable, less any charges incurred, if whole period is re-let.

The signed reservation form denotes a contract and guests are advised to insure against the possibility of cancellation; if this does occur and the balance payment is due the amount outstanding must be paid in full.
